ARE MOTORHOMES EASY TO DRIVE?Motorhomes are easy to drive, they have a high driving position giving you a clear view of the road ahead and all our vehicles come with reversing cameras. There are a few things when driving a motorhome that it's best to bear in mind You're wider and longer than a car so remember this when traveling on narrow roads or when overtaking anything and pulling back into a lane. You're higher than a car so may need to move out slightly to avoid low hanging branches. Driving with either waste or clean water onboard can add a lot of extra weight which affects the braking and steering of the vehicle. The speed limit for motorhomes is lower for cars on some roads, it's only 60 mph on dual carriageways and 50 mph on single carriageways.
-
DO I NEED A SPECIAL DRIVING LICENCE TO DRIVE YOUR MOTORHOMES?No, all our motorhomes are under 3500 kgs and so can be driven on a Category B license.
