We request £1000 security deposit paid by credit or debit card on all rentals on collection, which will be refunded back to you (we aim to return it the day of return of the vehicle) providing the motohome is returned to us in the same condition that it left us. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BERTHS AND SEATS?

This can be a little confusing but the number of berths indicates how many sleeping positions are available and the number of seats indicates how many people can legally travel. All of our motorhomes are 4 berth and have 4 front facing seats with seat belts.

CAN DOGS COME TOO?

Of course!! We wouldn't forget about your furry friends so some of our motorhomes are dog friendly. We charge £40 to take your well behaved dogs with you, maximum of 2 allowed. WHEN CAN I COLLECT THE MOTORHOME?

It's your holiday so we will try and be as flexible as possible about collection days and times, as long as it fits in with other hires. Our standard collection time is 15:00. Please allow 45 minutes fo a handover so we can show you how everythng works. Motorhomes have to be returned by 10:00 on the last day of hire to allow us time to clean and repair it before the next hire.

ARE MOTORHOMES EASY TO DRIVE?

Motorhomes are easy to drive, they have a high driving position giving you a clear view of the road ahead and all our vehicles come with reversing cameras. There are a few things when driving a motorhome that it's best to bear in mind

  • You're wider and longer than a car so remember this when traveling on narrow roads or when overtaking anything and pulling back into a lane.
  • You're higher than a car so may need to move out slightly to avoid low hanging branches.
  • Driving with either waste or clean water onboard can add a lot of extra weight which affects the braking and steering of the vehicle.
  • The speed limit for motorhomes is lower for cars on some roads, it's only 60 mph on dual carriageways and 50 mph on single carriageways.

DO I NEED A SPECIAL DRIVING LICENCE TO DRIVE YOUR MOTORHOMES?

No, all our motorhomes are under 3500 kgs and so can be driven on a Category B license.
