HOW TO HIRE

1. Get in touch

To find out if we have availability please call Debbie on 01235 516559 or email us and we'll respond ASAP

To continue with hiring we then need the following:

Driver(s) age and occupation
Full contact details
Confirmation of hire dates
Details of any individual requirements
A deposit of £200 per week/or part weeks hire

2. A few weeks before your hire date

The remainder of the balance is due 28 days before hiring and we will contact you to arrange payment.

We then send an email a week or so before your hire with your collection details and instruction videos, along withe the damage deposit invoice for payment.

3. Collection

Arrive at your agreed collection time and we will then run through the following:

Check driving licences and IDs
Complete vehicle inspection with you
Answer any questions you may have after watching the instruction video

Once that's done we will wave you off

4. Return

We welcome you back at your agreed drop off time and let you unpack. We then inspect the motorhome inside and out with you present to ensure it's the same as when you collected it.

If everything is undamaged we will refund you back the security deposit after the vehicle has been cleaned, usually within 5 days.
